- CineByte retains the right to showcase work in portfolios
- Clients must ensure they have rights to all source materials

- Custom templates and techniques remain CineByte property
6. Limitation of Liability
CineByte's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in delivery.
